Staff Wellbeing Mental Health Awareness Week Programme 2023
The Mental Health Foundation launched Mental Health Awareness Week in 2001 to promote mental health and combat stigma, and over the last 22 years the week has evolved to focus on preventing mental health issues. The theme this year is Anxiety, and Staff Wellbeing are marking the week with a range of events, including a Lunchtime Panel Discussion on Resilience which will be held in Queen's Film Theatre.
