Mindful walking involves tuning into the present moment while you walk, taking in your surroundings through the senses. It focuses on the importance of the journey and not the destination!

Countless studies have proven the benefits of mindful walking both physical and mental which include:
- Increased focus and concentration.
- Improved mood.
- Reduced blood pressure and heart rate.
- Better sleep quality.
- Increased physical wellbeing
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes and bring something light to eat.

Meeting point: Botanic Gates outside McClay Library.
This event is free for staff to attend, however numbers are limited, and registration is required via Eventbrite.
