#QUBeWell - We're On A Journey Together

Most of us know when we don’t feel great mentally or physically. Most of us don’t ask for help, even when we really need it. Stop the stigma and reach out for support. We’re here to help you be well.

Setting Out Our Vision For a Healthy Campus

Student & Staff mental health and wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility. In recent years we have made significant improvements in support & resources for students & staff, but we have much more to do.

Over the next number of months and years, we will work alongside you – our students & staff – to co-create our #QUBeWell Framework.

Themes for 2023-24

Choosing themes that are important and relevant to you

The #QUBeWell Team have identified four main themes for the 2023/24 academic year that are based on a combination of our four key pillars, and what is important to our students' wellbeing at this time. These are:

1. Suicide Prevention.
2. Building a Sense of Community, Belonging & Identity.
3. Cost of Living Crisis.
4. Drugs and alcohol.
