Objectives

• Determine the effect of a Protein Enriched Med Diet & Exercise intervention (PROMED-EX)in comparison to a Protein Enriched Med Diet (PROMED) only, or Standard Care on the Nutritional Status & Cognitive performanceof older undernourished adults with Subjective Cognitive Decline
• Explore the mechanistic pathways in diet-exercise induced change in nutritional status and cognition
