Auditing CAPD Delirium Screening Practice 

Conducting audits of delirium screening compliance and feeding results back to the PICU team is an effective strategy for encouraging adoption of regular screening practice. We recommend to do this regularly: somewhere in the range of weekly to monthly, depending on your unit size and resources. The CAPD audit template and guide for using it is provided below.
