Being a carer for someone with cancer can impact on your life in many ways.  Carers talk about living with cancer and what they found helped.  It is sometimes easy to neglect your own needs when caring for a loved one and your own health and wellbeing can suffer as a result.  The importance of looking after yourself and taking time out from the caring role is explored here.
