This event aimed to support staff and students from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds in navigating their career paths. Attendees had the opportunity to gain valuable insights from guest speakers, Dr Linda Oyama from the School of Biological Sciences, and Mr Steve Lazars, Entrepreneur and Founder of EMEEN (Ethnic Minority Employment and Entrepreneurship Network) in Belfast. The event provided inspiration and practical advice for advancing careers.
