Outstanding Leadership

This award recognises an individual who positively role models our values and whose day-to-day practice set a high standard in terms of how things are done.

The individual can demonstrate an approach to excellence, connectivity, ambition, respect and integrity and is a true leader in "our behaviour matters". The award acknowledges anyone who has demonstrated leadership, whether that be taking the lead in a specific project or initiative, responding to change, or leading a team.

As a true leader, this individual will set the tone for how things are done, both in their approach to their work and how they treat others. They will display the positive behaviours associated with our Leadership and Management Framework.
